Family Meet & Greet | 3pm - 6pm EST

Check-in to get your t-shirts, itinerary, and light refreshments. (Various outings will be available for those who are interested after check-in)

Evans Family Takes On Indianapolis | 11am - 4pm EST

There will be a wide variety of different outings available to those who are interested. There is a lot going on in the city this weekend, with plenty to do. Events will be updated on the family Facebook group page and will be available in the itinerary provided Friday night.

Evans Family Dinner | 6pm - 11pm EST

It is a trail ride themed family dinner! Get your best cowboy gear, boots, and hats and enjoy dinner with the family with lots of line dancing, games, and just a good time. Dinner will be held at a separate location provided at check in on Friday night. "WHERE THEM FANS AT"

Family Send Off Bar-B-Q & Fish Fry | 12pm - 6pm EST

Your Indianapolis family will send you off with a good old-fashioned bar-b-q and fish fry. Please join us if time allows. This event will be held at a separate location provided in the itinerary at check-in.
